A surcharge of RM60.00 nett per unit per night is applicable during Super Peak Period as shown below.

Rates for Weekdays are meant for checking in on Sundays through to Thursdays.

Rates for weekends are meant for checking in on Fridays and Saturdays.

Rates for Peak Period are during eve of and on Malaysian Public Holidays as listed below.
•
During Malaysian School Holidays as per dates listed below, the weekends rates shall apply.

Studio & Family Suites comes with Country and Water Park View. Confirmation shall be based on run-of-house depending on whichever types available on the check in date.

Check In Time : 1.00 pm.
•
Check Out Time : 12.00 noon.

Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.

All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•
Extended check-out during Peak Period :
- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
- After 6pm - one day's rate imposed

Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.

Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

Cancellation Policy

Normal Period
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Period
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 15 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
